Our recruitment process is thorough, incorporating competency assessments, interviews, DBS, and reference checks to ensure that only top-tier healthcare professionals become part of our team.
We place great importance on providing our carers with comprehensive training to effectively manage any situation. This is why, at Triple Point Global, we enroll all our staff in an extensive training and development program, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors to meet all clients' needs.
Prior to starting their duties, our care professionals undergo a "shadowing" period, during which they are observed and guided by more experienced carers. This allows our staff to observe, learn, and apply the skills they have acquired, ensuring their continual development in their role.
